New Theatre has recently seen performance from not only Cygnet Company but many visiting companies including Angel Exit, Creative Cow, Whisky Jack Productions.

Plays have included Doctor Faustus, Travels With My Aunt, Blithe Spirit, The Two Noble Kinsmen,
The Farmers Wife, Travels With my Aunt,Women of Troy, Peer Gynt etc
Folk singers seen at the New Theatre include Martyn Joseph,  Show of Hands,
Tom McConville,  Steph Lakeman, Silver & Coppin.
